Dunkin' donuts as hockey fika

I had the courage to make them! Yes I am a bit scared of deep frying things, hot oil you know. Tonight I made donuts filled with queen jam, that is a mix of blueberry and raspberry jam. They will be evening fika along with the World championships hockey game Sweden vs. Germany. Once again a funny coincidence.

You know JFK's famous quote when he visited Berlin? Ich bin ein Berliner (ie. I am a Berlin resident) Everyone thought it would have been fun if he instead had been in Hamburger; I am a Hamburger.
Now to the fun part. A Berliner is really a jamfilled donut. What he really said was actually: I am a donut!! And tonight we are playing Germany. Ha ha!

Along with the donuts we are having Sätoftakakor that apparently is a Swedish town in the southern region of Skåne
